Oh. My. Goodness. We tried this grilled Southeast Asian Lamb Kabob recipe this past weekend and it was a KEEPER. I loved how the marinade didn’t overpower the flavor of the lamb kabob – which is cut from the leg of lamb so it’s a really tender and flavorful cut. Perfect accompanying broccoli fried rice with snap peas, napa cabbage, eggs…..the possibilities are endless. You can shop all of our lamb and chicken in the store and you’ll just pay when you checkout. We will deliver your meat in a freezer bag along with your veggie box.
Veggie-Forward Recipes
- Stir Fried Chicken and Bok Choy (don’t forget the chicken!)
- Grandma’s Mashed Yellow Squash
- Easy Cabbage Rolls (don’t forget the diced tomatoes and the marinara)
- Orechiette pasta with Chicken Sausage and Broccoli: (don’t forget the chicken sausage!)
- Broccoli and Egg Fried Rice (this is a great time of year for fried rice! The veggie possibilities are endless with bok choy, garlic scapes, onions, carrots, broccoli. Best sure to add our organic farm fresh eggs. I like a lot of eggs in my fried rice to bring up the protein for a hearty meal.)
