We are five weeks into our CSA season, and the shares are plentiful! They say a healthy diet means eating a rainbow, well we have you covered. Everything from kale to beets, carrots to basil, zucchini to cauliflower – the recipe ideas are endless. We also have eggs. Eggs are a new endeavor for us this year, and it has been unexpectedly thrilling.
