It’s week two of our CSA, and that means lots of greens! What to do with all that delicious spinach? Try it for breakfast. Our featured recipe is one for spinach banana pancakes. They are easy, flavorful, healthy, and even kids love them. The green color is a fun bonus as well. If you didn’t immediately eat the container of strawberries in this week’s box, they make a tasty topping addition.
