TOMATILLOS ARE HERE! These little tomato look-alikes are native to (and largely grown in) Mexico. Tomatillos, sometimes called husk tomatoes, look like green, unripe tomatoes with a dry, leafy husk that wraps around the outside. The color of the fruit is a beautiful bright green. Their tart and citrus-like flavor is a delicious accompaniment to salsas and many Mexican-styled dishes.
Recipes to try this week:

- Chicken Fajitas with Tomatillos: Don’t forget our organic chicken breasts in the store!
- Maque Choux; creole one pot dish. Don’t forget the chicken chorizo from the store.
