With the start of a CSA season, there are multiple options on how to use your produce, it can be hard to decide what to make. Here are some options to keep things interesting and delicious (recipes are linked below). - Giant salad with strawberries and roasted chicken! – Be sure to add on our organic chicken in the store
- Kale Pesto with Toasted Walnuts
- Orechiette pasta with kale, sausage and pine nuts. (We’ve got the Italian sausage in the store as well!)
- Pizza with Fresh Spinach (we’ve got the tomato sauce in the pantry store, and my favorite pizza crust recipe is by Bobby Flay
